EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION (ECE) Scholarships
The ECE Scholarships are offered to outstanding and deserving in-service Early Childhood educators who wish to pursue a Bachelor or Master degree in Early Childhood (EC) Education. We strongly encourage existing EC educators who have demonstrated strong leadership potential and are committed to taking on larger roles in their organisations or the Early Childhood sector to apply.

Application Windows
There are two application windows in a year.

Programmes
The programmes and benefits will be refreshed from July 2027 intake onwards. Currently, the Scholarships are offered to the following programmes:

How to Apply
ECE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND EDUCATION (ECCE) BACHELOR AND MASTER DEGREE PROGRAMMES
- Interested applicants should first download the 'Applicant's Write-Up and Recommendation by Nominating Centre form' here. Please refer to the instructions in the form and ensure that you and your nominating centre have duly completed the form before proceeding to the next step.
- Please refer to the user guide here before starting the application.
- Please proceed to this link to submit your Scholarship application on FormSG with the required supporting documents stated in the form. Please note that you will be required to log in to FormSG using your SingPass. (Note: If you do not have a Singpass account, you would need to register for an account. For more information on your eligibility and how to register for a Singpass account, please refer to Singpass website here.)
- If you did not receive an acknowledgement receipt email within 3 working days, kindly write in to ECDA_PP@ecda.gov.sg to check on your application status.
