Request For Information For Employment Agency Recruitment Services For The Early Childhood Sector
As part of ECDA’s commitment to providing accessible, affordable and preschool services, ECDA is continuing in efforts to grow the Early Childhood (EC) educator workforce and ensure there are sufficient educators to provide quality care and education for infants and preschool children.
ECDA is inviting MOM-registered Employment Agencies (EAs) to respond to the Request for Information (RFI) for providing educator recruitment services for the EC sector.
Details on the RFI, including details of the Programme and requested returns can be found in the attached document. A briefing on the programme will be conducted on 24 September 2026, at 2.30pm. Only EAs that have attended the briefing will be eligible to submit an RFI return.
EAs intending to submit an RFI return can inform ECDA of your interest to participate and RSVP for the briefing via email to Jerry_YONG@ecda.gov.sg and Aster_HAN@ecda.gov.sg by 23 September 2026, 5pm.
