PDP APPOINTMENT CEREMONIES

ECDA appointed the first batch of preschool educators onto PDP in 2016, infant and early year educators in 2017, and centre leaders and lead educators in 2018. Every year, the PDP appointment ceremony is held to officiate and celebrate the newly appointed participants onto PDP. With the operators' support, the educators and leaders will begin their 3-year professional development journey to raise their competencies and prepare for more responsibilities.
