Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) Curriculum
The Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) Curriculum is a comprehensive tool kit of kindergarten curriculum resources developed by the Ministry of Education (MOE) to support early childhood educators in creating quality learning experiences for children aged four to six years. It comprises the NEL Framework, the NEL Educators’ Guide and NEL teaching and learning resources. The NEL Curriculum also includes a parallel set of a Framework, an Educators’ Guide and teaching and learning resources for the Mother Tongue Languages. MOE is progressively developing the NEL Curriculum and has launched the following resources thus far:

NEL Framework Guide for Parents
Parents are children’s First Teachers and play an important part in nurturing children’s love for learning. Read the Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) Framework Guide for Parents which explains what the Framework says about how children learn and develop and what children should be able to do at the end of their kindergarten education.
