Polytechnic Diploma or Degree holders​

​Mid-Career switchers who possess tertiary qualifications can enrol in the following accelerated Career Conversion Programmes (CCP):​

National Institute of Early Childhood Development (NIEC)

Diploma (Conversion) in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching [DECCE-T (Conversion)]

Diploma (Conversion) in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (Chinese) [DECCE-T (Conversion) (CL)]​

WSQ Professional Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (Conversion) [PDECCE – T (Conversion)]
 

Academic Requirements:

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma or
  • A degree completed in the medium of English Language
  • A degree completed in medium of Chinese Language (For Chinese programme)

Language Requirements:

  • A grade C6 in GCE ‘O’ level English Language or any acceptable alternatives (For English programme)
  • A grade C6 in GCE 'O' level Chinese Language or any acceptable alternatives (For Chinese programme)
