Good Employers' Toolkit
The Good Employers' Toolkitis a one-stop resource guide for child care employers on matters related to manpower and human resource management in early childhood settings. The Toolkit was developed to help child care employers manage their HR practices, business processes and productivity, as well as help them understand legal responsibilities and available training and funding schemes so as to attract and retain child care professionals in their centres.
The Toolkit contains ready-to-use sample documents as well as reference links to further resources online. Success stories and case studies related to the child care industry are also included to provide insights to guide and improve HR practices.
