The installation of CCTVs within pre-schools' premises

Mr Chua Kheng Wee Louis asked the Minister for Social and Family Development (a) whether the Early Childhood Education Agency mandates the installation of CCTVs within the pre-schools’ premises; (b) what is the number of pre-schools that do not have CCTVs within their premises; and (c) what regulations govern the review of CCTV footage for pre-schools.
