ONE@ECDA is an online platform developed by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) to support the registration and professional development of early chil​dhood educators. 



ONE@ECDA provides centres with a convenient on-line platform to carry out the following functions: 

   ·  Submit particulars of new staff as part of regulatory requirements under the Child Care 
        Centres Act and Regulations/ Education Act. Please click on the following video

All centres are allowed up to 3 Centre Administrator accounts to access ONE@ECDA.  Centres who wish to nominate/revoke Centre Administrators can download the respective forms and email the completed nomination form to contact@ecda.gov.sg.​​

Early Childhood Professionals

ONE@ECDA provides Early Childhood Professionals with easy access to their professional development portfolio and to sign up for CPD courses offered by ECDA.

Early Childhood Professionals can log in to ONE@ECDA using their SingPass.  


Early Childhood Professionals who experience difficulties with their SingPass can contact SingPass at 6643 0555 or support@singpass.gov.sg.
